TD Bank Unauthorized Accounts
Investigation of Potential Action Concerning TD Bank
Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP (“Kessler Topaz”) is investigating a potential action on behalf of certain TD Bank customers. Specifically, Kessler Topaz is investigating allegations that TD Bank, among other things, unlawfully opened customer accounts without customer consent.
In addition to the unauthorized opening of accounts, Kessler Topaz is also investigating allegations that TD Bank increased customer credit lines without authorization and upgraded customers to higher fee bank accounts. Further, Kessler Topaz in investigating whether TD Bank increased customer TD Visa card limits and attached unnecessary services or products to accounts.
