Sarah Damiani, a partner of the Firm, concentrates her practice in the area of securities fraud litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Sarah served as Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Sarah also previously severed as a law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe and the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky both of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and spent time in private practice.
