Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School and received his undergraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.
While in Law School, Ryan served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Karen M. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
