LaMarlon R. Barksdale, a staff attorney of the Firm, was a former Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia DA’s Office and veteran of the US Navy.
LaMarlon has experience with securities fraud litigation, complex pharmaceutical litigation, criminal litigation and bankruptcy litigation. LaMarlon has also has also lectured criminal law courses at Delaware Technical and Community College, Newark, Delaware. At KTMC, LaMarlon practices in the area of securities fraud litigation.
