Case Background:
A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of those who purchased or otherwise acquired Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (“Ultra Clean”) (NASDAQ: UCTT) securities between May 6, 2024, and February 24, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material facts about the company’s business, operations, and prospects.  Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Ultra Clean was facing a customer ramp issue with one of its critical customers, as well as a combination of inventory and demand corrections, which caused weakness for the company in China; and (2) as a result, Defendants’ statements about the company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
