Case Background:
A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of those who purchased or otherwise acquired Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Rocket”) (NASDAQ: RCKT) securities between February 27, 2025, and May 26, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material facts about the company’s business, operations, and prospects.  Specifically, Defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (1)  Rocket amended the protocol for the Phase 2 Study by introducing a novel immunomodulatory agent, a C3 inhibitor, to the pretreatment regime; (2) after the unannounced amendment to the protocol, at least one patient enrolled in the Phase 2 Study suffered from a Serious Adverse Event and died; (3) in the wake of the patient death, enrollment in the Phase 2 Study was halted and the FDA placed the Phase 2 Study on hold; and (4) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ statements about the company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
 

What is a Lead Plaintiff?

A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. In order to be appointed lead plaintiff, the Court must determine that the class member’s claim is typical of the claims of other class members, and that the class member will adequately represent the class. Your ability to share in any recovery is not, however, affected by the decision whether or not to serve as a lead plaintiff.
