Case Background:
This is a federal securities fraud class action lawsuit on behalf of those who purchased or otherwise acquired Autodesk, Inc. (“Autodesk”) (NASDAQ: ADSK) securities between February 23, 2023 and April 16, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Autodesk lacked adequate internal controls as a result of issues with its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices; and (2) as a result, Defendants' statements about its business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
Current Status of Case:
On August 29, 2025, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint. The Motion has been fully briefed and is pending decision before the Court. This action is ongoing.
