FORD MOTORS COMPANY INVESTIGATION FOR UNLAWFUL TARIFFS

Kessler Topaz is currently investigating potential claims on behalf of individuals who purchased Ford Motors Company (“Ford”) 2026 vehicles.  Specifically, our investigation is related to the costs associated with President Trump’s International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”) Tariffs, which have been declared unlawful by the U.S. Supreme Court.  The costs of these unlawful tariffs were passed on to vehicle purchasers in the form of increased MSRP and/or destination fees.
