Job Summary
The Client Onboarding Lead is responsible for coordinating onboarding of new Institutional clients participating in the Firm’s SecuritiesTracker™ portfolio monitoring and securities class action claims filing services to facilitate a seamless onboarding-to-service delivery transition. In this role, the Client Onboarding Lead will also be responsible for navigating complex client structures and fund family hierarchies to support effective service delivery.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the full onboarding lifecycle for new institutional clients, from kickoff through transition to long-term support teams
- Coordinate onboarding communications with clients, third parties, and cross-functional internal teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings to drive alignment and progress
- Partner with subject matter experts to facilitate onboarding activities and enable effective transfer of role-specific knowledge
- Review complex institutional client organizational structures and fund family hierarchies across globally domiciled funds to support accurate onboarding and setup
- Gather required information, supporting documentation, and data to enable successful onboarding
- Track onboarding milestones, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution to maintain progress
- Provide regular onboarding status updates to management and escalate issues as appropriate
- Recommend and support process improvement initiatives to enhance speed, operational efficiency, and client experience
- Maintain ongoing client communication post-onboarding to manage updates to client structures and fund hierarchies
- Update and maintain client structures and fund hierarchies in internal systems and communicate changes to relevant internal teams
- Provide cross-functional departmental support through cross-coverage and ad hoc assignments as needed

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with preferred 1–3 years in client onboarding or implementation roles
- Prior experience in legal or financial services preferred

- Reliable internet access is required for remote work

Job Summary
The Manager of Network & Systems Infrastructure is responsible for leading the Firm’s infrastructure engineering team and ensuring the stability, security, performance, and availability of all enterprise infrastructure services. This includes networking, Windows server infrastructure, virtualization, cloud-connected services, endpoint management, application deployment, storage, disaster recovery, and core enterprise systems. This is a hands-on working manager position responsible for leading technical staff while personally executing operational work and strategic technology projects. The role partners closely with the Director of Information Technology to modernize infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support the Firm’s technology roadmap.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the Network & Systems Infrastructure team, providing technical leadership, mentoring, workload management, and performance coaching.
- Own the Firm’s Windows workstation environment, including Windows 11 lifecycle management, endpoint standards, imaging, and deployment.
- Own enterprise application packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management for Firm laptops and desktops.
- Manage endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (or equivalent).
- Serve as a hands-on working manager by personally completing operational infrastructure tasks, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and project work.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives across Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, Microsoft 365 integrations, and Azure-connected services.
- Partner with the Cloud Engineer, Information Security Manager, and Service Desk to ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and application compatibility.
- Serve as Team Lead for network administrators and related technical staff.
- Oversee and execute IT projects as assigned by the Director of IT.
- Provide mentorship, technical direction, and performance feedback to IT team members.
- Document network policies, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to define network strategies and ensure alignment with Firm objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to key personnel regarding network and infrastructure issues.
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain complex Windows server infrastructure, including Hyper-V clusters, multi-site Active Directory, and disaster recovery environments.
- Manage geographically distributed and replicated storage area networks (SANs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve server performance and configuration issues.
- Ensure systems are compliant with security policies and regularly updated to address vulnerabilities.
- Manage and maintain Windows server-hosted applications including Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, WorkSite, and other mission-critical software.
- Oversee application patching, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Implement and monitor backup strategies in alignment with recovery time (RTO) and recovery point (RPO) objectives.
- Research, analyze, and resolve complex network application issues and outages.
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level firewalls, switches, and routers to ensure secure access to Firm systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain VLAN and IP addressing schemes across multiple offices.
- Oversee the configuration and management of secure and guest wireless networks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless network operations.
- Handle network-related support ticket escalations and participate in on-call rotation.
- Directly supervise and provide leadership to the Senior Network Engineer and Network Administrator.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, coaching, and career development planning.
- Manage team workload, priorities, operational responsibilities, and project assignments.
- Participate in weekly IT leadership meetings with the Service Desk Manager, Security Compliance Analyst, and Cloud Solution Engineer.
- Collaborate with IT leadership peers to coordinate infrastructure, cloud, security, and support initiatives.
- Assist the Director of Information Technology with strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and technology roadmaps.
- Work with Cloud Engineer to help infrastructure modernization efforts including cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure and network-related issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve reliability, security, and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills and Abilities

Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in network and systems administration.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Work Environment /Physical and Mental Demands
- Primarily a desk job requiring regular computer and telephone work.
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds as needed for equipment setup or maintenance.
- Position may require off-hours work or extended effort to meet operational needs.
- Reliable internet access is required for remote work.
- Required to work onsite in the Radnor office a minimum of three (3) days per month, with additional in-office attendance as required to meet business needs.
