KTMC provides new lawyers and summer associates with uniquely challenging opportunities. At KTMC, everyone, regardless of experience level, has exposure to substantive, stimulating, and impactful assignments. Our litigation pool approach provides new lawyers with exposure to a diverse group of associates and partners to learn from. Rather than following a lockstep process, our associates are encouraged to take on high level workloads as quickly as they are able to. All new lawyers are paired up with a Partner/Counsel as a part of our New Lawyer Mentor Program.

Our summer program is designed to give summer associates a realistic glimpse into life as a fulltime KTMC associate. Summer associates work very closely with our partners, counsel, and associates on challenging assignments. We strive to fully integrate summer associates with their respective litigation departments so that they can develop the deepest possible understanding of our case strategy. We depend on our summer associates to contribute meaningfully and allow them to do so by providing them with plentiful resources and direct access to more-senior lawyers.

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP—a progressive, complex litigation Firm with offices in Radnor, PA and San Francisco, CA—seeks a Summer Associate for our Radnor office. Candidates must be full-time law students in their second year of study during the 2026-2027 academic year.

Kessler Topaz specializes in complex securities class action matters. The Firm represents plaintiffs in securities fraud, shareholder, ERISA, consumer and antitrust litigation. As a summer associate at Kessler Topaz, you should expect:

• Substantive and challenging assignments
• Valuable experience working alongside case teams in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• An interest in gaining complex litigation experience
• Excellent credentials and writing ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to learn on the job and successfully integrate guidance and feedback
