Kessler Topaz is investigating potential claims on behalf of customers of Zynex Medical related to improper practices. Specifically, our investigation concerns whether Zynex Medical, a company which supplies TENS units and associated supplies, such as batteries and electrodes, was improperly sending and then billing customers for supplies which they did not need. Further, once customers would try to cancel and/or dispute the bills (which their insurance companies refused to pay), Zynex Medical would not immediately cease its practice or cancel the unpaid bills. Zynex Medical sales representatives reported that in addition to feeling morally conflicted about the billing disputes, they felt frustrated about the impact on their personal job performance. Turnover at Zynex Medical is high, employees said, because of the pressure to deliver under uncertain and chaotic circumstances.
