Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP (“Kessler Topaz”) is investigating claims against Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. and possibly other entities (collectively “Volkswagen”) related to a potential wiring harness defect.
Specifically, our investigation concerns reports that this potential defect can cause a range of safety issues, most notably unexpected breaking (as if the emergency brake had been applied while driving). It can also trigger warning lights and alarms, cause windows to open and close by themselves and can affect the deployment of side airbags.
