Kessler Topaz has filed a class action lawsuit against Uber Technologies, Inc ("Uber") for its deceptive practices when executing transactions for its customers.
Specifically, the complaint alleges that Uber is using deceptive practices by overcharging customers for Uber rides. Uber is giving customers an initial quote for an Uber ride which is lower than the actual higher price the customer is ultimately charged for the ride.
