Trinity Health Medical Group System Privacy Investigation

Kessler Topaz is currently investigating claims against Trinity Health Medical Group System ("Trinity ") for potential violations of law including violations of certain privacy laws.  Specifically, Kessler Topaz is investigating whether Trinity improperly gathered a user’s interactions and/or communications on the webpages associated with its providers, as well as collected other information about the user, without their knowledge or consent.
