Varun Elangovan, an associate of the Firm, concentrates his practice on new matter development with a specific focus on analyzing securities, antitrust, and consumer class action lawsuits. Varun’s experience also includes litigation of complex consumer protection actions on behalf of individuals and businesses that have sustained losses as a result of defective products or improper business practices. His experience also includes litigation of complex antitrust actions on behalf of clients injured by anticompetitive and unlawful business practices.
Varun received his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from DePaul University. While at Georgetown Law, Varun served as an Executive Online Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal.
