Mark K. Gyandoh, Counsel to the Firm, concentrates his practice in the area of ERISA and consumer protection litigation. Mark has primary responsibility for litigating the firm’s “company stock” ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class actions. Mark has substantial experience in all phases of litigating these cases from initial investigation and filing complaints through trial and appeal. In his practice, Mark also takes a prominent role in mediations and oversees the settlement process, including many times being the lead presenter at settlement approval hearings.
Prior to joining KTMC, Mark served a one year clerkship for The Honorable Dennis Braithwaite of the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division. While in law school Mark served as an intern for The Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and extern for The Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, United States District Court for New Jersey.
