The settlement of this shareholder class action lawsuit is on behalf of investors who held Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp. (“RAAC”) (NASDAQ: RAAC) (n/k/a Berkshire Grey, Inc.) Class A common stock as of Redemption Deadline of July 16, 2021, either of record or beneficially, who did not redeem all or some of their shares.
RAAC agreed to pay $7,500,000 to resolve this class action lawsuit alleging the company and/or certain of its officers and/or directors breached their fiduciary duties to the Class.

How much is the Settlement Payment?
Pro rata payment: The total settlement fund is $7,500,000. The amount each class member receives will depend on several factors, including:
- The number of valid claims submitted
- The number of shares purchased and sold
- The dates of purchase and sale
- The price paid for the shares and the price received upon sale
