This United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) established this Remission on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired China Liberal Education Holdings, Ltd. (“CLEU”) securities between January 1, 2025 and January 29, 2025, and experienced a net loss of your investment when accounting for any completed withdrawals.
The DOJ pursued a civil forfeiture of approximately $214 million in seized proceeds from CLEU related to allegations that several individuals with CLEU were engaged in a fraudulent scheme.

The Remission Fund website is active and all potential Petitioners must submit a signed petition by June 1, 2026.

You may be a potential eligible Petitioner if you:
- Purchased or otherwise acquired CLEU securities between January 1, 2025 and January 29, 2025, and experienced a net loss of your investment when accounting for any completed withdrawals.
