Jeep Cherokee/Jeep Wrangler Fire Hazard Consumer Class Action Investigation

Kessler Topaz is investigating potential claims against Stellantis North America f/k/a FCA US LLC f/k/a Chrysler Group LLC ("Stellantis") related to potential defects in certain 2022-2024 Jeep Cherokee (4xe) and 2020-2024 Jeep Wrangler (4xe) vehicles.  Specifically, Kessler Topaz is investigating reports of dangerous risks associated with the vehicle’s battery and becoming depleted, causing the vehicle to become a potential fire hazard. Stellantis does not currently have a resolution of this issue and it is advising owners of these vehicles to refrain from recharging and to park away from structures or other vehicles.
