Intel Corporation Defective Processor Chips Class Action

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP’s Class Action Against Intel Corporation For Defective Processor Chips

Kessler Topaz represents consumers and organizations in a proposed class action lawsuit who bought computers and other devices containing Intel computer chips. The Plaintiffs claim that Intel’s processors suffer from inherent security flaws that will allow the theft of confidential information, such as passwords and bank account information.

While downloadable patches have become available, the Plaintiffs allege that they significantly reduce processing speeds and do not even fix the security vulnerabilities. There is an important deadline in the case on Friday, May 29, 2020.  If you bought a computer or other device before January 1, 2018 that was equipped with an Intel processor and wish to discuss your legal rights, please fill out our on-line form, contact James Maro, Esq. or Adrienne Bell, Esq.  at (888) 299–7706, or via e-mail at info@ktmc.com.

Some experts have stated that the only way to ensure the problem is fixed, is by replacing the hardware – a solution that has extreme implications as it may involve replacement of nearly every piece of computer equipment in use.
