Kessler Topaz is investigating whether certain major manufacturers and sellers of HDD suspension assemblies throughout and into the United States, conspired to fix prices and allocate market shares for HDD suspension assemblies from at least 2008 through such time as the competitive effects of Defendants’ conduct ceased, in violation of federal and state antitrust laws and consumer protection laws.
