Ford Super Duty Truck Defective Roof Class Action Lawsuit

Kessler Topaz has filed a class action lawsuit against Ford Motor Company related to potential roof design defects affecting certain Ford Super Duty (1999-2016) trucks.

Specifically, the Complaint filed by Kessler Topaz alleges that roofs on the 1999-2016 Super Duty trucks were so defectively designed and dangerously weak that passengers could get crushed in a rollover accident. Further, Kessler Topaz is concerned that Ford knew of the dangers posed by the roofs as a result of Ford’s own internal testing, but failed to offer strengthened roofs in affected vehicles.
