Ford Explorer Fumes and Exhaust

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP (“Kessler Topaz”) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) over reports of potential noxious exhaust odors in vehicle compartments and exposure to carbon monoxide that may be linked to crashes and injuries.

Kessler Topaz’s Investigation

Specifically, Kessler Topaz is investigating whether Ford Explorer owners and lessees may be exposed to, among other things, dangerous odors and exhausts inside of vehicles while they are being driven.

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (“NHTSA”) has recently upgraded and expanded a probe into 1.33 million Ford Explorer SUVs over reports of exhaust odors in vehicle compartments and exposure to carbon monoxide.
