Kessler Topaz is investigating claims against FCA US, LLC and Stellantis NV related to potential defects in certain Dodge Ram (2019-2022) vehicles. Specifically, Kessler Topaz is investigating reports that certain Rams equipped with eTorque engines are stalling when the vehicle is moving slowly (between 5 – 15 mph), and that the vehicle will stop abruptly without applying pressure on the brake pedal, stall, and the parking brake will automatically engage.
