Job Description
The Investigative Research Analyst is a highly motivated and tenacious member of the Investigative Services Department, responsible for supporting Investigators through extensive research and analysis across a wide range of case-related topics.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support a team of Investigators by conducting extensive research across multiple sources and tools.
- Research companies and individuals for case development using various investigative mediums.
- Conduct confidential background and due diligence investigations.
- Manage a large caseload and attorney requests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support high-priority requests and cases.
- Assist with special projects as needed as an integral member of the Investigative Services Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with legal, public, private record, and company research tools preferred.
- Prior experience as a Research Assistant, Analyst, Librarian, Paralegal, or similar role in a large law firm or office setting preferred but not required.

- Ability to develop deep knowledge of background and due diligence investigations.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills with adaptability and flexibility.
- Advanced computer, internet, and investigative research skills.
Work Environment /Physical and Mental Demands
- Primarily a desk job requiring regular computer and telephone work.
- Reliable internet access is required for remote work.
