Cheverolet Bolt Investigation

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP (“Kessler Topaz”) announces that it is investigation claims against Cheverolet (“Chevy”) related to safety issues involving certain Chevy Bolt Electric Vehicles (“EV”) (2017-2019)

Specifically, Kessler Topaz’s investigation concerns reports of at least a dozen Chevy Bolt EV fires that have occurred over the past year, which General Motors (“GM”) has attributed to the “presence of two rare manufacturing defects in the… battery cell. ” GM further warned that “it was no longer safe to charge the Chevy Bolt EV unattended and that owners should park outside and away from structures out of fire concerns.”
