Matthew A. Goldstein, an associate of the Firm, concentrates his practice on prosecuting cases involving claims against corporate officers and directors. Matthew has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous shareholder class and derivative actions nationwide and has helped recover tens of millions of dollars in monetary value and substantial corporate governance relief for the benefit of shareholders. Matthew’s experience includes shareholder derivative actions, class actions and fiduciary actions.
For over five years, Matthew has been involved with the Golden Slipper Club & Charities and served as Assistant Secretary for the Club’s Board of Directors.
Matthew has provided pro bono assistance to the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia’s (“PILCOP”) Special Education Project.
