Mark B. DeSanto, an associate of the Firm, concentrates his practice in the area of securities fraud litigation and consumer protection. In these roles, Mark represents sophisticated institutional and individual investors in complex class actions against corporate defendants for violations of federal securities laws. Mark’s experience includes traditional class actions and mediations.
In his practice, Mark is extensively involved in all aspects of pre-trial proceedings before federal district courts from the pleading stage to settlement. Prior to joining the Firm, Mark received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, and his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami in 2009. Mark is licensed to practice law in Florida and Pennsylvania.
