Julie Siebert-Johnson is an associate of the Firm who concentrates her practice in the area of ERISA and consumer protection litigation.
Julie has substantial experience in all phases of litigation from the initial investigatory research and drafting complaints phase, through contested motion practice including motions to dismiss, motions for class certification, and summary judgment motions, and through settlement. Julie has been closely involved in the litigation of such actions at both the District Court and Appellate Court levels, and has twice been involved in briefing issues to the United States Supreme Court. Julie also provides a conduit for clients during the litigation process, frequently speaking with clients to keep them well-informed of the status of the action and answering any questions they may have.

Since 2013, Julie has been an ambassador for Ragnar Trail Relays, a Utah-based company that organizes 120 mile trail running relays while promoting environmental sustainability and supporting local charities in each of the race venues. In 2016, Julie expanded her involvement with Ragnar Relay, and is now the lead ambassador for the Pennsylvania Ragnar Relay, a 200 mile road running relay, overseeing a team of more than a dozen ambassadors across Pennsylvania to promote the event.
