Aya Salem, an associate of the Firm, concentrates her practice on new matter development with a specific focus on analyzing securities class action lawsuits, antitrust actions and complex consumer actions. Aya is also a member of the Firm's Lead Plaintiff Litigation Practice Group, which has secured lead plaintiff appointments for the Firm's clients in a number of high profile cases.

Prior to joining the Firm, Aya was a senior associate at one of the leading litigation boutiques in Philadelphia, where she represented Am Law 100 and regional firms in legal malpractice cases and other civil liability matters. Aya also practiced in the area of white-collar criminal defense and securities litigation, with extensive experience representing professionals, corporate clients, and government employees and agencies in federal and state investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, other federal agencies and state regulators.
