Case Background:
This is a class action lawsuit on behalf of those who purchased or acquired Autodesk, Inc. (“Autodesk”) (NASDAQ: ADSK) securities between June 1, 2023 and April 16, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The Complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Autodesk lacked adequate internal controls as a result of issues with its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices; and (2) as a result, Defendants' statements about its business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all times.
Current Status of Case:
On July 10, 2024, The Court entered an Order Appointing Lead Plaintiff and Lead Counsel. The action is ongoing.
