DAVID RABBINER, J.D., CFI, LPI, serves as KTMC’s Director of Investigative Services. Mr. Rabbiner manages a team of seasoned investigators and oversees all aspects of investigations necessary to strengthen the Firm's class-action litigation efforts. Mr. Rabbiner has over two decades of experience conducting and/or overseeing successful, often complex, civil and criminal investigations related to securities, commodities, financial institution, and corporate fraud, as well as high-level public corruption, high-profile civil rights, and major criminal enterprises. Mr. Rabbiner plays an integral role on the Firm's legal team ensuring critical investigative services are provided to obtain evidence and information to help ensure successful litigation outcomes. Before joining KTMC, Mr. Rabbiner enjoyed a broad-based career as an FBI Special Agent, including service as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge in one of the Bureau's largest field offices. Mr. Rabbiner is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (“CFI”) and Licensed Private Investigator (“LPI”) who received an A.B. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
