Donna Siegel Moffa serves as counsel to the Firm. Throughout her career, both in private practice and in her early years as an attorney in the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., she has concentrated her work in the area of consumer protection litigation.

Donna has substantial experience handling and supervising all aspects of the prosecution and resolution of national class action litigation asserting claims challenging predatory lending, lending discrimination, violations of RESPA, consumer fraud and unfair, deceptive and anticompetitive practices in federal courts throughout the country. Currently, Donna is involved in a number of antitrust class action lawsuits alleging that large pharmaceutical manufacturers have engaged in improper reverse payment and generic suppression schemes.

Donna also has been involved in significant appellate work, in both state and federal appeals courts representing individuals, classes, and non-profit organizations participating as amici curiae in appeals.

Community Involvement

Donna continues to support The Cathedral Kitchen in Camden, NJ where she was involved for over twenty years, first as a volunteer and then, from 2007-2017, as member of the Board. The Cathedral Kitchen uses food to change lives- providing meals, food, health and social services and operating successful culinary and baking arts training programs.

Donna is also a member of Impact100 South Jersey, an organization of women that seek to drive transformative change in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Cumberland Counties through collective giving that results in high impact grants to local non-profit organizations.
